My Calling 

Being a psychotherapist is much more than my job. It’s my calling — and my privilege — to do this work.

I practice holistically, integrating a range of modalities including psychodynamic, CBT, relational, humanistic, client-centred, mindfulness and attachment work.

I have deep empathy and appreciation for the stories and struggles of my clients.  I am honoured to be a trusted confidante, advisor, guide, teacher, and safe place.
