I am a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
I am also a clinical member of the Ontario Society of Registered Psychotherapists (OSRP), a general member of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals (OAMHP) and a member of the Canadian Association For Psychodynamic Therapy (CAPT). I hold a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology from the Adler School of Professional Psychology in Chicago.
I am a published author, public speaker, workshop presenter and media guest. I continually engage in professional development courses, workshops, webinars, and self-directed learning, keeping my knowledge and skills up-to-date.
In my private practice, I offer individual, couple and family therapy. I work with a broad range of clients of all ages, life stages and life experiences and I use a blend of modalities — holistic, humanistic, psychodynamic, relational, client-centred, mindfulness, and CBT — to help you deal with issues including:
